PRICE LIST - 2006/2007

ALL SEASONS - £450 WEEK

All correspondence will be sent to the first named person on the booking form.

A booking deposit of £100 per week should be sent with the dates requested (please check availability first). The balance will be due no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.

Also required with final payment is a security deposit of £150.

You will receive confirmation of the booking from us, but if for any reason we are unable to accept the booking all monies will be refunded.

The deposit will be returned as soon as possible after your return and once we have received confirmation from our Management Company that the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition and the keys returned to us.

The accommodation will be available from 4 p.m. (local time) on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on day of departure. The keys to the property will be sent to the first named person on the booking form together with directions 2 weeks prior to departure.

We provide safety features in our accommodation for the comfort of our guests but we cannot accept any liability for any third party claim, accident, damage or loss to you or your property and would advise that you take out adequate holiday and medical insurance.

The following cancellation charges apply:

More than 10 weeks - All Deposits.

6-10 weeks. - 50% Rental Cost

Less than 6 weeks - 100% Rental Cost.
